ABAGROUT-HR200 is a non-shrink and highly flowable cementitious ready-mix mortar with significant performance in facing high temperatures. This specially formulated material with 5mm maximum aggregate size, can obtain high mechanical properties, therefore it is the best choice for installation of base plates of heavy machineries which will face high temperatures up to 200 ºC. It is recommended to apply ABAGROUT-HR200 up to 100 mm.

ABADUR MP-5/25 is a thixotropic, structural 2-components adhesive and repair mortar, based on a combination of epoxy resins and special fillers designed to offer easy mixing and application as well as high strength for use in the building and construction industry. This product is designed to be used at ambient temperature between 5 to 25 ̊C. It conforms to ASTM C881.

ABADUR MP-25/45 is a thixotropic, structural 2-components adhesive and repair mortar, based on a combination of epoxy resins and special fillers designed to offer easy mixing and application as well as high strength for use in the building and construction industry. It conforms to ASTM C881.

ABAINJECT EPW-210 is a two-components, solvent-free injection adhesive specially formulated based on high strength modified epoxy resin and special hardeners. This product is designed in low, medium and high viscosity ranges to allow injection in different parts of cracks. This product is able to be used in grouting of either wet, dry and water-filled cracks to result in a filled cracks and fully restored concrete. It conforms to ASTM C881 and EN 1504-5.

ABADUR-280 is a protective epoxy resin coating specifically designed to protect concrete. Supplied as a two components system, it requires only on site mixing to produce an easily applied decorative and chemically resistant finish. Due to epoxy modification, it is suitable to use in exterior area and provides high gloss, heavy bodied, ultra dense surface. This coatings will not support the growth of bacteria.

ABAZONE-290 is a two components, solvent free, high solids, modified epoxy coat designed to give long term protection in a single coat application for offshore splash zone application. It will continue to cure when immersed in water and due to epoxy modification, it is suitable to use in exterior area.

ABAPRIME-11 is a two components polyamine cured solvent free clear concrete epoxy primer. It is recommended as a sealer on concrete to improve adhesion of subsequent coat to the substrate. It is specially designed for poor ventilated interior application. Like all primers, ABAPRIME-11 alone is not suitable for immersion in acid or alkaline solutions.

ABAPRIME-12 is a two components polyamide cured solvent base clear concrete epoxy primer. It is recommended as a sealer on concrete to improve adhesion of subsequent coat to the substrate. Like all primers, ABAPRIME-12 alone is not suitable for immersion in acid or alkaline solutions.

ABAHARD 2100L is a modified Phenalkamine based low viscosity epoxy curing agent. This curing agent is designed to cure broad band of epoxy resins especially at low temperatures, high humid conditions and even under water. It’s specially designed low viscosity characteristic makes it as an appropriate element to be used with broad band of either solvent free and solvent based epoxy resins. This curing agent is used in anti-corrosive applications especially in marine and industrial environment.

This curing agent is designed to cure broad band of epoxy resins especially at low temperatures, high humid conditions and even under water. It can be used with solvent free and solvent based epoxy resins. This curing agent is used in anti-corrosive applications especially in marine and industrial environment.

A cement accelerator is an admixture for the use in concrete, mortar, rendering or screeds. The addition of an accelerator speeds the setting time and thus cure time starts earlier. This allows concrete to be placed in winter with reduced risk of frost damage.Concrete is damaged if it does not reach a strength of 500 pounds per square inch (3.4 MPa) before freezing.

Typical chemicals used for acceleration today are calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)₂), calcium nitrite (Ca(NO2)₂), calcium formate (Ca(HCOO)2) and aluminium compounds. Calcium chloride (CaCl₂) is the most efficient and least expensive accelerator and was formerly very popular. However, chloride anions are very corrosive for the steel of the reinforcement bars (rebars) so its use is no longer recommended and in many countries actually prohibited. This de facto caution comes from the fact that chloride anions cause severe pitting corrosion of steel rebars. As the local corrosion of a rebar can lead to its rupture, it can compromise the tensile strength of reinforced concrete and so the structural stability of an edifice. Thiocyanate compounds can also corrode reinforcing but are safe at recommended dosage levels. Sodium compounds might compromise the long term compressive strength if used with alkali-reactive aggregates.

Epoxy Accelerator is designed to accelerate the cure of Multi-Gard GP 33AU and other select epoxy coatings.Epoxy Accelerator (formerly Cold Cure Additive) is designed for use in some epoxy coatings to reduce cure times at low temperatures.

Lapox is a low colour, low viscosity modified cycloaliphatic polyamine capable tocure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. The cured mass gives high gloss with an excellent surface finish suitable for protective and decorative coatings.

The film withstand variety of chemicals includes acid, alkali, alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents. Excellent low colour of the hardener makes suitable for self-leveling floor and decorative top coats.

Lapox is a low viscosity, long chain aliphatic mono epoxide reactive diluent based on C12-C14 alcohol. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with Lapox ARD-13 can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for a variety of applications.

A higher proportion of this product imparts flexibility in the cured system and hence affects glass transition temperature significantly.

Sulfonates are generally stable in water, non-oxidizing, and colorless. Many useful compounds and even some biochemicals feature sulfonates.

ABATOP-FSL has high strength and is abrasion-resistant, able to withstand light foot traffic after 2 to 3 hours and vehicular rubber-wheel traffic after 3 days.
